Incorrect license key

There are several reasons your entered license key didn’t work. We show you what might have been the cause.

Just a typo

It’s the most common reason: You might have mistyped the license key or forgot to enter the hyphens, too.

Purchase as a guest

Did you buy your plug-in as a guest in our shop and the now used e-mail address for your account is not the same as the one used for the order? That might be the problem. The e-mail address from your order and the one you use for your sonible must be the same. You can change the e-mail address accordingly in the tab „Account details“ and try it again. If it’s still not working please contact support@sonible.com

Another user

It’s very rare but it might be that somebody else is using the license key. If you think that this is indeed the case, please contact support@sonible.com
